Rebecca Fernandez the owner of RF Beauty graduated from Toorak College and went to RMIT University to study accounting. While this kept her busy, Rebecca knew she was destined to pursue her passion for beauty. January 2016, she completed her makeup certificate at the Academy of Makeup. In June 2016 she started a home makeup studio in Sandhurst called RF Makeup Artistry. As her passion for beauty grew, she had a desire to provide her clients with nothing but the best services. She enjoys making people feel confident and happy about themselves.

She is genuine and a perfectionist and this shows in her work and the way her clients feel. Rebecca decided to broaden her knowledge and completed a brow course. February 2020 RF Makeup Artistry was rebranded to RF Beauty. Rebecca wanted to create a safe place where you can come to enhance your natural beauty and pamper yourself. When you walk into her salon, you will always find a supportive and positive atmosphere, and when you leave, you will always feel confident and empowered.
